@Passive_Spastic - The humor is more of why he is ditching, someone whoo hasn’t spent 13 years in a classroom, when the sun is shining, or having monotone teachers talk for 3 hours at a time, just to leave that class for another.

Ferris is pure genius.
I was homeschooled (for most of my hs/elementary career) and still I know it.
I wouldn’t recommend showing that movie to your ubar-conservative grandmother, however.
